Works to include demolition of existing conservatory to front and existing porch to the side of the dwelling, modification of existing openings to front and rear facades and formation of new openings to North & South facade, single storey extension to side and single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling, refurbishment of original dwelling and associated internal alterations and introduction of new rooflights. All above along with associated landscaping and site works including widening of existing vehicular entrance, improved vehicular and pedestrian access to existing dwelling.

The development will consist of: A) The removal of the existing single storey conservatory to the south-east elevation of the dwelling, B) The construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the south-east elevation of the existing dwelling, C) Modifications to the existing window openings, concerning size and composition, the addition of timber cladding to north-east and south-east elevations and the replacement of the existing glazed balustrades to the north-east elevation, D) Installation of 2no. rooflights on the north-westerly pitch of the existing roof, E) all associated site, landscaping and ancillary works including boundary treatments.

The development will consist of; (A) The proposed works as granted under the previous planning application, planning Reg. Ref F21B/0168. (B) Proposed new external insulation with render finish to parts of the North, South, East Elevations and the entire West Elevation. (C) And all associated works

Permission for (i) Removal of the existing high level glass block window to the existing South East elevation. (ii) Proposed new window openings to the North West and South West elevations and a proposed new door opening to the South East elevation. (iii) Proposed new external insulation with render finish to part of the North West elevation, the entire North East elevation and part of the South East elevation. (iv) Proposed internal modifications. (v) Proposed landscape and associated site works.
