Permission for development on this site located on lands to the east of Hayestown Road, Rush, Co. Dublin. The site is located south of Brook Lane and west of Brookford residential estate. The development will consist of a residential development of 50 no. units comprising 38 no. 3 & 4 bed houses (terraced and semi-detached), and 2 no. blocks of duplexes comprising 6 no. 2 bed apartments and 6 no. 3-bed duplex apartments.
