Demolition of car port to side, construction of single-storey flat-roof extension to front and side consisting of bay window and canopy to front, entrance porch and utility room to side.

Permission is sought for the demolition of existing rear extension and shed, the construction of new single storey extension to rear, external insulation to existing dwelling including alterations to existing finishes and facade, alterations to existing roof lights including relocation of existing rooflight and provision of 1 new roof light to front, the removal of 2 existing rooflights to rear to be replaced with 3 enlarged rooflights, new storage structure to side and all associated site works.

Permission for development to demolish existing rear sunroom and side carport of existing 2 storey detached house. Construct a 2 storey extension to side of house, construct single storey extension to rear of house, alterations to existing elevations, internal alterations & all associated site works.

(A) RETENTION of the existing 2.1m high perimeter fence enclosing existing allweather sports area and (B) PERMISSION for (i) the addition of ballstop netting (to an overall height of 5.0m) on top of same perimeter fence to allweather sports area (ii) a new detached toilet block, (iii) a new 54sqm field-maintenance equipment shed, (iv) a new 35m wide x 13m high ballstop net to the rear of the western goalposts (to main playing pitch) and (v) all associated siteworks
