The development will consist of 3no. 3-storey 4-bedroom terraced dwelling houses and 3no. parking spaces that are located to the rear of the proposed development at Hampton Wood Crescent.

The development will consist of i) the construction of a single storey garage adjacent to the side of the existing house, ii) the construction of a detached home office in the front garden, iii) the repositioning of the front gates 900mm to the south of the existing gates and iv) all associated site works.

Planning permission for the conversion of the existing attic storage to a bedroom with new dormer window to replace existing dormer window to the rear and roof windows to the front along with a single storey extension to the rear with associated ancillary works.
