Permission for alterations and revisions to the front and side elevati

Planning permission to (1) Remove the existing balustrade to the front elevation and enclose the existing balcony at the first-floor level (2) Fit rooflight in the front roof elevation. (3) Install window to the side elevation at first floor level. (3) Install window to the side elevation at first floor level. (4) Install window in the side elevation at ground floor level and all assoicated site works.

Permission for alterations to existing hip roof to create Dutch gable roof to accommodate attic stairs to allow conversion of attic into non habitable storage with Dormer to rear increased window size to front, new window to side, relocation of front door from side of house to the front and ancillary works.

The development will consist of alterations to an existing apartment including the construction of a projecting oriel window on the north face of the apartment block.

Construction of a two storey hipped roof extension to the side of the existing dwelling with rooflights to proposed side roof slope, minor alterations to existing rear elevations and all associated site, drainage and ancillary works.
