Planning permission is requested for new one and a half storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house along with associated internal and external alterations to existing dwelling house and associated siteworks. Note: revised extension design to that approved under Reg. Ref No. - F21A/0159 at: - Tooman Cottage, Tooman, Lusk, Co. Dublin.

New part single storey/part one and a half storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling house along with associated internal and external alterations to existing dwelling house and associated site works to include replacement of existing septic tank with a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, new rainwater harvesting system & surface water attenuation system.

NEW PART SINGLE-STOREY/ PART ONE AND A HALF STOREY EXTENSION TO THE REAR OF EXISTING DWELLINGHOUSE ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING DWELLINGHOUSE AND ASSOCIATED SITEWORKS. NOTE: REVISED EXTENSION DESIGN TO THAT APPROVED UNDER REG.REF.NO.-F21A/0159

The development will consist of a single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling, proposed shed, upgrade and relocation of existing vehicular entrance, waste water treatment system and all associated site works.

Permission for dwelling and waste water treatment system.
