The development will consist of the construction of a new porch and bay window to the front of the house and all associated site works.

Planning permission to construct a (27.80.sq.m), single storey extension, (with three roof-lights), to the east, and replace an existing lean-to structure, (6.0.sq.m), to the north gable, (with one roof-light), both with slated mono-pitch roofs over; construct two high-level windows on the west elevation and one high-level window and upper floor projecting arched window on the south, roadside elevation. Also to retain a side entrance on the south east corner of the site, opening onto the public footpath, constructed in 2000.

The development will consist of changes to a single storey modular unit previously granted under Planning Reference: F25A/0552E. The proposed alterations are: 1. Reduction in floor area from 55m² to 51m². The proposed location of the modular unit remains the same. 2. The previously approved windows on the north elevation are omitted and repositioned to the west and east elevations. No increase in window size or number is proposed. The modular unit height, materials, and intended use remain unchanged.

The development will consist of (i) the demolition of existing modular classroom and associated access and (ii) the proposed erection of new modular classroom with accompanying access & associated site works.
