Retention Planning Permission is sought for alterations to previously approved plans (Reg.Ref. F17A/0357, ABP 300045-17) which relate to the construction of 14 no detached dwellings and associated site works. The following changes are sought (i) Amendments to house types A, B and C to include:- Small increase in floor areas; revised fenestration to front of houses on two floors; conversion of garage to side of house type A to living space; replace apex roofs over ground floor bay window, and first floor bedroom, with flat roofs, (ii) adjustment of internal road network as per Fingal County Council Roads Department, (iii) adjustment of foul sewer manhole locations as per Uisce Eireann mandate.
The development consists of a temporary wastewater pre-treatment plant connected to the public wastewater sewer, including block retaining walls, enclosure fence and associated site works. As per the Uisce Éireann Connection Agreement, the plant is temporary pending Uisce Éireann’s upgrade of the local wastewater treatment infrastructure. The temporary plant will be disconnected and decommissioned on completion of the upgrade, the development will be removed and the land levelled and seeded and restored to its function as public open space in accordance with Planning Permission F17A/0357. The system is self-contained and there is no percolation area or other ground discharge system associated with the plant.
