Planning permission is sought for construction of new single storey home gymnasium to rear of existing dwelling, and associated site works.

Permission for amendments to 8 no. semi-detached houses previously approved under Reg. Ref. F16A/0577 as follows: 1) relocation of side entrance for 4 no. houses to front with new canopy to all 8 no. semi-detached houses 2) new pair of gable windows at first floor in 4 no. houses 3) Increasing the depth of all 8 no. houses by 0.5 metres with increased floor areas of 9.00 sq, 4) internal layout changes with minor changes to window positions shown on elevations.
