The development will consist of: Amendments to the previously permitted scheme, Reg Refs. 4266/16 and 3380/15. The amendments consist of: revisions to Block A floor plans and layouts to increase the apartment units from 42 to 44 (16 no. 1 bed units, 26 no. 2 bed units, 2 no. 3 bed units) associated elevation changes, also proposed are minor internal amendments to basement layout and apartment layouts to Block B and C, adjustments to elevations, no change in apartment numbers in Block B and C, resulting in an increase in apartment numbers in entire building from 132 to 134, all on a site area of 6,188.54 sqm.

The proposed development also provides for all associated site development works, on a site area 0.30ha.
The development will consist of (i) demolition of 1 no. single storey-detached cottage, 1 no. two-storey detached house and all ancillary outbuildings; (ii) construction of a new part-three, part-four, part-five, part-six storey over basement green-roofed apartment building comprising 60 no. apartments (12 no. one-bedroom, 27 no. two-bedroom and 21 no. three-bedroom apartments) on lands bound to the east by Hole in the Wall Road, to the north by the Belmayne Distributor Road and to the west by the Parkside Heath residential development. The apartment building is setback from the north-western site boundary at upper floor levels and apartments are provided with private terraces at ground floor level, private balconies on the upper floors and have access to communal landscaped open space and bicycle/car parking areas at basement and surface level; and (iii) SuDs drainage, landscaping, boundary treatments, widening of existing public footpaths, provision of road signage and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
