The proposed amendments will increase apartment 22 from a one to two bedroom unit and apartment 24 from a two to three bedroom unit.
The development will consist of: Retention of existing detached, single storey electrical switch room (6.8 sq/m internally) at East boundary of site.
The revisions will consist of a) Construction of an additional third floor above approved three storey building with balconies to the west elevation and accommodating 3 x 2 bedroom and 1 x 1 bedroom apartments ( 4 additional apartments in total) and b) Provision of additional bicycle parking spaces.

The provision of 10 no. surface car parking spaces, associated boundary treatments, landscaping, SuDs drainage, bin storage and bicycle parking and all associated site works to facilitate the development.
