Planning permission (for a protected structure) is sought for the installation of additional plant to be located to the immediate north of the Potting Shed adjacent to the walled garden. This will comprise of 3no. timber clad circular water tanks and 1no. boiler enclosure, also timber clad. This is to serve the previously approved conversion of the Potting Shed to micro-distillery use.

The development will consist of: The conversion of the existing basement space within the White House from storage to a two-bedroom apartment. This will include the installation of internal partitions, services, and the insertion of new windows and doors within the existing openings of the basement.
