Change of use of existing retail unit to new solicitors

The development will consist of:

(1) The demolition of an existing single storey shed to the rear; (2) the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear; (3) modification to existing opes to the front and rear to suit new internal arrangements; (4) replacement of external doors and windows throughout; (5) the introduction of a modest terrace at first floor level to front; (6) the installation of solar panels to the front; (7) reconfiguration of existing porch to front; and (8) the construction of a single storey garden office to the rear of the existing garden. External works will consist of (9) the replacement of existing gates at the vehicular and pedestrian entrances to the site, and all other associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
