The development will consist of:

Planning Amendments to house site 5A "fairways" Carrickbrack RD Sutton - Alterations to development previously approved under F21A/0635 including the amendment of the rear elevation, sky light, first floor plan.

The development will consist of the construction of 4 no. two-storey 4-bed detached houses with associated car parking, new shared vehicular and pedestrian access onto Carrickbrack Road, landscaping, boundary treatments, and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development, including new drainage connections on Carrickbrack Road.

The development will consist of: (i) The demolition of an existing single storey, four bedroom, detatched dwelling. (ii) The construction of a house at site 5B, Fairways Carrickbrack Road, Sutton two storey, four bedroom, detatched dwelling with hipped roof, single storey flat roof to rear, with roof lights. (iii) Other works as part of the development include, drainage, landscaping, boundary treatments, new vehicular entrance & new pedestrian gate to Carrickbrack Road to serve the house, car parking and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
