This proposed development will consist of the following: Alterations to an existing meeting room, administrative room, clinical therapy room, administrative room, clinical therapy room and a portion of the reception area to provide an additional 3 no. en-suite bedrooms and all associated works. No alterations to the facade of the building or increase in floor area will form part of the works.

Alterations to the permitted development F18A/0331. This proposed works will consist of the following: Alterations to the permitted elevational treatment to include for the relocation of a number of rooflights, provision of additional rooflights, provision of an additional dormer window and amendment of 3 permitted windows overlooking the courtyard to be one larger window running the length of the courtyard. The additional dormer window will provide an increase in floor area of 3 sqm.
