Retention permission is sought for (i) Reconfiguration of the front entrance to the dwelling including omission of a window (ii) Reconfiguration and widening of 1 no. window serving the first floor on the front elevation (iii) Amendments to the pitched roof of the ground floor front extension to the dwelling (iv) Minor increase to the lower ridge height of the granted rear extension (v) minor alterations to the internal layout of the dwelling The proposal also includes landscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of part demolition to the existing house
