Permission for a proposed conversion of the attic space for storage purposes including reconfiguration of the existing main roof and provision of a dormer window to the rear roof slope with internal modifications to the existing dwelling.

A new 14 sqm ground floor extension to the rear (south-west), a new first floor 23 sqm extension to the side (south), and a new 3.5 sqm entrance porch to the front (north-east).

1. The construction of a new two storey roof extension to an existing three storey over basement mixed use development granted under reg ref F06A/0713. The proposed extension will provide for 11 no additional apartments consisting of 1 no 1 bedroom apartment, 8 no 2 bedroom apartments and 2 no 3 bedroom apartments allowing the total number of apartments to reach 33. All apartments are served by private balconies or terraces. 2. A total of 51 no car parking spaces are proposed. This includes 29no resident parking spaces, 6 no visitor spaces, 2 disabled parking spaces, 12 no spaces allocated to creche staff parking and 2 set down spaces. A total of 52 no spaces are proposed, this includes 40 no bicycle spaces at basement level and 12 no spaces at ground floor level. Planning permission is also sought for landscaping and all associated site works.
