Permission to extend porch and sitting room attached to front of house with pitched and hipped roof finish. Construct vehicular entrance to front of house with pillars and gates parking for two cars. Raise height of northern boundary wall to 2.3 meters with nap finish from point (A) to point (B) as shown on block plan.
