Conversion of attic space and insertion of dormer window to the rear of existing house at attic floor level and all associated site development works.

Alterations to existing hip roof to side to create gable roof to meet extended ridgeline to accommodate attic stairs to allow conversion of attic into non-habitable storage with new dormer to rear, additional frosted windows to side gable with ancillary works.

The development consists of the construction of

New single storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling to include a new side extension measuring 21 sq M with new window opes to the east and west elevations, hipped roof and 2 no. veluxes, new rear extension to the existing kitchen measuring 2 sqm with extended mono pitch roof, minor elevational changes, 1no, new velux and all associated site works. New materials to match the existing dwelling.

Proposed ground floor extension with low pitch tiled roof, Kitchen dining room, utility room and toilet/shower room, also proposed frosted glass window in gable wall to existing first floor en-suite and associated drainage & site works.
