Retention permission of the following alterations to the approved development Reg. Ref. No. F18A/0488: (1) alterations to approved removal of entrance door on frontage and infill opening with plaster render to match existing facade to sill level only and install casement window (2) alteration to Condition 3(f) of the Grant of Permission Reg. Ref. No. F18A/0488 for obscured manifestation applied to glazing on the new windows and entrance door on the Townyard Lane facade.

Change of use from retail use at unit 2 & 3 at ground floor level

The development will consist of change of use of 48.7m2 ground floor unit from Hair Salon to Doctor's Surgery including all ancillary works.

The development will consist of the retention of the 3 external signs and changing the 3 back lit signs to have external lighting to match existing signage lighting to Townyard lane along with ancillary works associated with the development.

Permission / Change of Use requesting converting the ground floor of a 3-storey terrace building from a dry cleaners' unit to a pizza restaurant/ take away, with opening hours from 12:00 pm to 12 am through to both Friday and Saturday until 2:00 am.
