The development will consist of modifications to extension design from that previously granted under F20A/0403, refurbishment & extension of existing derelict cottage with all associated site works.

Permission is sought for the construction of a horse training facility comprising of 24 horse stables, horse exerciser, paddocks, stable yard, gallop, dung store, wash area, car parking, on-site wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, new access gates (close 2 existing access gates), new vehicular access, new access road (6m wide) & all associated siteworks.

Erect a 24m monopole telecommunications structure together with antennas, dished and associated telecommunications equipment enclosed by security fencing and extend existing access track.
