Permission for development to consist of Flood Lighting & Ball Stop Netting for the existing All-Weather Pitch at the rugby grounds. The proposed installation will include 6 No. c18m tall floodlight columns around the all-weather pitch, the erection of ball stop netting at the Western end of the existing all-weather pitch, a generator and all associated ancillary site works and services.

Permission is sought for the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling. Retention is also sought for the porch extension to front of existing dwelling at 51 Shenick Avenue, Skerries, Co.Dublin for Jean Harrison.

Associated siteworks shall include the proposed increase in the width of existing front driveway entrance access and erection of replacement entrance pillar and new driveway gates, and construction of a new storm water soakaway within rear garden.

This application is to seek permission for design amendments to the proposals for which planning permission has been granted, register ref F20A/0393. Design amendments which are the subject of this application consist of: (a) a proposed new first floor en suite extension to rear elevation, and revised first floor proposals to rear bedroom extension associated; (b) revised design of attic storey velux rooflights to front elevation; (c) proposed alterations to shared boundary walls on each side of the proposed external patio terrace level associated with the rear extension.
