Permission for the installation of a 4.05m x 1.1m x 2.2m (LxWxH) above ground enclosure, to house a new natural gas district regulating installation with all ancillary services and associated site works.

The development will consist of alterations to existing detached dormer bungalow including: Single-storey rear extension with 2 no. roof lights, Conversion of existing attached garage and extension to rear to form utility/mudroom, New dormer window to front at first floor, 2 no. windowless dormer structures with roof lights to side hip roofs to accommodate head height in stairs and bathroom at first floor, external wall insulation throughout, widening and set back of entrance gates to allow for safe manoeuvre of vehicles and including all related siteworks & drainage.

Retention Permission is being sought for omission of previously-granted first floor bedroom extension over garage (Reg. Ref. F23A/0091) and further-widened vehicular entrance.

Permission for (a) a single storey extension (34 sq. metres) located at the front and side of existing house, together with alterations to existing house accommodation at ground floor to provide a family Granny flat (46.5 sq.metres) (b) all associated site works.

Demolition of existing single storey conservatory to rear of existing dwelling and construction of a new single storey extension in the same location forming an enclosed courtyard, alterations to access to the existing front first floor terrace, replacing existing windows and doors to the front, enlarging the existing openings to ground and first floor rear facades, along with all associated site works and landscaping works.
