Permission for amendments to planning permission reference F19B/0184 & An Bord Pleanala reference ABP -305562-19. The amendment is a proposed 1 no. dormer roof to the rear of the existing house roof and all ancillary works.

(a) Porch and Garage extension at front with pitched tiled roof over. The Garage to be converted for domestic use. (b) One velux rooflight at front located on the existing house pitched roof. (c) Internal alterations and associated site works.

The development will consist of the construction of a dormer window and two rooflights in the main roof to the rear of the house, changing the existing main roof hip to a gable and the construction of a dormer window and rooflight in the main roof to the front of the house.

The development will comprise: (i) Demolition of the existing detached garage to the rear of existing detached single-storey dwelling; (ii) The construction of a part single, part two-storey pitched roof extension to the rear and side to include new dormer windows to front and rear serving new first-floor level; (iii) other works as part of the development include; alterations to all elevations, landscaping, rooflights, boundary treatments, Suds drainage and all associated site development works.
