The works will consist of an amendment to previously approved application no F21B/0188, defined as a widening of rear extension.

Permission for a front porch extension, single storey flat roof extension to rear of dwelling, and all associated site works.

Permission for a part single storey, part one and a half storey house

The development will consist of a bungalow to include the installation of a proprietary effluent treatment system and percolation area. Access to be provided via existing agricultural entrance. The proposed boundary treatment to consist of a timber fencing, hedgerow and trees native to the area to include all associated site works.

Partial demolition of existing light industrial workshop to rear of property and to demolish existing single storey extension & outhouses to rear of bungalow. New single storey pitched roof extension to front together with new single storey flat roof extension to rear/side of bungalow and for internal alterations throughout to provide 3 bedroom, semi-detached dwelling unit and all associated site works.
