The development will consist of (a)-Demolition & safe removal of existing single storey flat roof structure at side ( North West Elevation ) including section of existing dividing block garden wall & hedge at front (South West Elevation ) and removal of existing glazed conservatory structure at rear ( North East Elevation ).
