Construction of a new single storey extension of 84m² to side and rear of the existing dwelling; the demolition of the existing single storey garage of 30m² to side of the existing dwelling; site works consist of widening the existing vehicular entrance; adding a pedestrian gate and associated landscaping and drainage.

The development will consist of the construction of new single storey garden room to rear of existing dwelling. Garden room to have a Gross Internal Floor of 35 m2. Works to include all ancillary site works and landscaping.

Retention planning permission is sought for (i) a pumping station and disinfection building with associated works; and (ii) ancillary development including internal access road and footpaths, widening of site entrance and new entrance gate, SUDS and foul drainage systems and boundary treatments including fencing and planting. Planning permission is sought for (iii) a new partially underground twin celled rectangular concrete treated water reservoir with earthen embankment and associated works; (iv) solar panels on the roof of the proposed reservoir; (v) a chlorine dosing system kiosk (vi) dechlorination chamber and (vii) ancillary development including internal footpaths, lighting, landscaping, SUDS drainage system and service connections.

Alterations to include the widening of both existing entrance points

Retention permission is sought for amendments to previously approved planning application Reg Ref: F22B/0227. The amendments comprise: (i) Omission of the ground floor canopy to the rear of the granted dwelling, (ii) Existing and as granted balconies to the front at first floor level removed, and first floor habitable space extended in their place; (iii) amendments including some additions, and omissions, of windows and rooflights; (iv) landscaping works and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
