The construction of a new vehcile access and agricultural gate to existing land within daa ownership. The access will be c.4 metres in width and will include a permeable hardstand area. The proposed agricultural gate will be between 1.2 and 1.5 metres in height. The proposed development will also include all ancillary works including site excavation and development works above and below ground.

Development at site of c.5,889 square metres at Dublin Airport, Co. Dublin in the townland of Forrest Great. The proposed development will consist of the construction of a new vehicle access to the Naul road and agricultural gates to existing land within DAA ownership. The new access is required to provide additional access for lawn cutting vehicles to existing land within DAA ownership at Naul Road and at land close to the junction of Naul Road and Forrest Road. The access will be c.4 metres in width and will include a permeable hardstand area on the Naul Road. The proposed access gate on lands adjacent to the junction of Naul Road and Forrest Road will be accessed via a grassed route on Naul Road. The existing road signage will be relocated to accommodate the grass access route. The proposed agricultural gates will be between 1.2 and 1.5 metres in height. The proposed development will also include all ancillary works including site excavation and development works above and below ground.

Retention for change of use of existing granny flat to semi-detached dwelling house, retention of existing wastewater treatment system and retention of vehicular entrance from Forest Little, and associated site works.

Planning permission is sought for

The proposed development, for which permission for development is sought, will consist of the construction of an extension to the north and west of the existing two-storey / storey and a half vernacular dwelling, which will provide for a part single-storey, part two-storey four-bedroom detached dwelling (c.202 square meters total gross floor area including part of the existing dwelling). The development, for which permission for development is sought, will also consist of the refurbishment, repair and upgrade of the existing dwelling (including replacement roof); the provision of new vehicular entrance (and associated gates, piers and railings), driveway and car parking; the provision of landscaping, including boundary treatments; the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground, including a proprietary waste water treatment system. The proposed development, for which retention permission and temporary permission for development is sought, consists of: a portable cabin (c. 33.5 sq m gross floor area) comprising an entrance lobby, a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bedroom and bathroom; and for all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground, including proprietary waste water treatment system. Temporary permission is sought for the continued use of the existing portable cabin for a period of 3 No. years.
