The proposed development will consist of modifications to the existing dormer dwelling comprising revisions to the ground floor layout and closing up of existing front door as well as the construction of a two-storey extension to the rear. The modifications and extension will provide for a 4-bedroom two-storey dwelling, new onsite wastewater treatment system, landscaping and boundary treatment along with all associated site and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
