The development will consist of the conversion of the existing attic space to provide for habitable accommodation and will comprise of the provision of 1 no, dormer extension along the northern roof slope and 2 no. dormer extensions along the southern roof slope. Permission is also sought for amendments to the existing elevations, which include for new window opes along the eastern and western elevation, modifications to the internal layout, and the provision of 2 no. roof lights along the southern roof slope and 4 no. roof lights along the proposed northern dormer extension.
