The development will consist of the following: (A) The demolition of the existing timber cabin, (B) The construction of a part one and a half storey and part single storey detached house (c. 223sqmts. GFA). (C) The provision of 2 no. within curtilage car parking spaces to serve the proposed dwelling, (D) The construction of a 1.8mts high timber boundary fence. (E) All other ancillary and associated site works to facilitate the development.
