Permission is sought for proposed:

(1) Part demolition of an existing dwelling including the removal

Retention permission for (i) minor alterations to rear and side (east) elevations including repositioning and resizing of windows and doors, (ii) alterations to the footprint of the basement resulting in a reduction in the basement floor area,. (iii) provision of steps to the side passage (east side) and (iv) removal of chimney stack.

Alterations to previously approved development (Reg Ref. F17B/0270). Retention permission is sought for (i) Reconfiguration of the front entrance to the dwelling including omission of a window (ii) Reconfiguration and widening of 1 no. window serving the first floor on the front elevation (iii) Amendments to the pitched roof of the ground floor front extension to the dwelling (iv) Minor increase to the lower ridge height of the granted rear extension (v) minor alterations to the internal layout of the dwelling The proposal also includes landscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of part demolition to the existing house

Retention Planning Permission sought for: (i) ground floor extensions (27 sq.m.) to approved house nos. 1 and 3, and (ii) replacement of approved site for house no. 2 with communal open space, all. (the subject planning application is a variation of an approval for four houses on the site, and which was granted planning permission in September 2007 – now expired. (Reg. Ref. F07A/0444).
