Full planning permission sought for proposed dormer roof window and three rooflights to front part of roof (facing southwards) with attic roof space conversion, associated internal and external alterations to dwelling house, house under construction as per granted permission F21A/0187.

Retention Permission sought for retain minor external alterations/relocations of window & doorway openings as follows: • front façade ( facing south): two sets of double doors ( lounge ) on the ground floor level to the left omitted, replaced with two sets of window openings instead; • front façade ( facing south): a glass screen panel has been added beside the front door; • front façade ( facing south): the long narrow window running down the side of the front door has been omitted; • front façade ( facing south): the single glass window to the first floor level has been changed to a double window opening; • front façade ( facing south): the double window above the front door changed to single fixed window opening; • side façade ( facing east): the two rooflights on the east elevation of the roof not noted in the drawings; • side façade ( facing north): fanlight above side door omitted. • side façade ( facing north): side door changed to window opening. • side façade ( facing north): first floor window changed to two separate window openings. • side façade ( facing west):side window added to study/playroom. House under construction as per granted permission F21A/0187 & F24A/0736.

The development consists of a 4m2 single storey utility room extension to the side of the house.

The development will consist of the demolition of existing single storey extension to the side, refurbishment of the existing house, replacement of existing windows and front door, new external insulation to existing external walls, a new single storey extension to the rear, landscaping and ancillary works to facilitate the development.
