Permission for A) Demolition of single storey flat roof structure alongside the existing building. B) Proposed two storey pitched roof extension to side and rear of the property along with a single storey flat roof extension to the rear. C) Associated internal modifications, alteration of the existing front facade and siteworks to include widening of the existing site entrance.

Development will consist of a proposed new ground floor only extension to the front entrance area of existing house and all ancillary works.

Permission for the construction of: 1: A new single storey extension to rear of dwelling. 2: A new second storey extension over existing converted garage to side of dwelling. 3: A new dormer attic extension to rear with associated Velux style windows to rear and front of dwelling. 4: Extend roof and gable of dwelling to accommodate extension. 5: Also to include all associated works to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of the following: (a) a single storey extension with a sloped roof to the front/ side of existing dwelling. (b) and single storey flat roof extension to the rear. (c) Replacement of existing windows on all elevations and (d) associated demolitions, internal layout alterations, drainage, landscaping and associated site works.
