The construction of a dormer extension at attic level to the rear of the house, solar PV panels and roof light to the front of the house with external insulation to the front and rea elevations, replacement of windows, internal remodelling works, landscaping and all associated site works. A single storey extension with sloped roof to the rear of the property plus porch to the front of the property will also be part of the works under 'Exempted Development'.

Permission for modifications of approved plans Reg. Ref. F18A/0383 (APB Ref. 302577-18) to (i) increase the gross floor area of the standalone single storey restaurant from 103 sq.m. to 113 sq.m., (ii) provide a dedicated outdoor dining area with up to 20 seats under the covered side entrance for use only in conjunction with the single storey restaurant, and (iii) revised fire escape route across the roof of the singlee storey restaurant for existing first floor units at the rear.
