The development will consist of the following; the demolition of an existing garage structure which includes a utility room to the side of the existing property at ground floor level, the demolition of an existing conservatory structure to the rear of the existing property at ground floor level, the partial demolition of the rear wall to the existing house at ground and first floor level, the construction of a 2 storey extension to the side of the existing property, the construction of a part 1 storey and part 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing property, the addition of an attic storeroom to the existing attic space and the addition of a velux rooflight to the rear pitch of the existing roof. As part of the proposed works the existing vehicular access to the front of the house, off Saint Margaret’s Road will be widened. Internal alterations and demolitions are also proposed to the existing house in conjunction with any associated site works.
