Planning permission is sought for a change of house design on previously granted planning permission Reg. Ref F20A/0290 to reduce the floor area with consequent alterations to the facades at The Boathouse, Coastguard Road, Rogerstown, Rush, Co. Dublin.

Demolish the existing single storey dwelling and out buildings and to replace them with a new two storey dwelling and to replace the existing septic tank and percolation area with a new secondary treatment system and sand filter together with a new vehicular entrance on this legacy site.
