Planning precedent report

The development will consist of the following: (a) a single storey extension with a sloped roof to the front/ side of existing dwelling. (b) and single storey flat roof extension to the rear. (c) Replacement of existing windows on all elevations and (d) associated demolitions, internal layout alterations, drainage, landscaping and associated site works.

Development will consist of a proposed new ground floor only extension to the front entrance area of existing house and all ancillary works.

Permission for A) Demolition of single storey flat roof structure alongside the existing building. B) Proposed two storey pitched roof extension to side and rear of the property along with a single storey flat roof extension to the rear. C) Associated internal modifications, alteration of the existing front facade and siteworks to include widening of the existing site entrance.

Permission for a garage conversion with new pitched roof to the side comprising of an extended kitchen, new dining room, living area and utility room including a single storey entrance lobby, and toilet extension to the side.

Permission to replace existing flat roof over garage and hall area with pitched and hipped tiled roof attached to front of house.

The development consists of Retention permission for an existing gate, approx. 2.1-metre-high located in the rear boundary wall of property.
