Extension and subdivision of the existing house to create a grannie flat as follow: (i) Removal of existing chimneys and partial removal of existing pitched roofs; (ii) The construction of a first floor extension above and to the side of existing dwelling, (iii) A flat roof in place of pitched roof to rear ground floor with raised wall height; (iv) The construction of a new bay window to the side; (v) Provision of roof lights at ground & first floor; (vi) Alterations to all elevations and all associated landscaping, ground works necessary to facilitate development

The development will consist of: (i) Removal of 3 no. existing chimneys and partial removal of existing pitched roofs; (ii) Demolition of the existing sheds and out buildings; (iii) The construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the east and west side of the existing dwelling; (iv) New flat roof over north facing room; (v) Provision of roof lights, bay window, alterations to all elevations and new fenestration, (vi) All associated landscaping, drainage, ground works necessary to facilitate development.

Permission is sought for development comprising of: (i) Construction of a new single storey, three-bedroom dwelling in the side garden of the existing house comprising 121.7sqm; (ii) Provision of separate driveway alongside existing driveway and 2 no. car parking spaces; and (iii) Drainage, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development. Permission for alterations/extension to the existing two storey detached house at Aideen, Baily Green Road, Howth, Co Dublin, D13 H738 comprising demolition of the existing two storey side extension and single storey rear extension, construction of a new single storey extension to the rear and side, construction of a single storey glass house in the rear garden, with alterations to internal layouts and fenestration, and associated site development.

Retention permission for the following: (i) a garden shed, a jacuzzi, and a patio to the front of the approved two storey four bedroom house over basement to rear of Arcadia (Reg Ref F15A/0393). (ii) increased basement area and modifications to the layout of same, new garage location to side, changes to approved fenestration involving enlarged opaque glass windows at ground floor and first floor level, enlarged roof light, and stairs from first floor to roof level and all site development works, all on site to the side and rear.
