The development will consist of;

Construction of a new one and a half storey 168.5sq.m. detached house

The development will consist of the construction of a single storey side extension to the existing detached dwelling, minor elevational alterations, a rear garden shed and all associated site works.

Single storey extension to the rear of the house and a dormer extension at first floor to the west to incorporate 2 new windows and to the east to incorporate 1 new window.

Planning permission is sought for attic conversion with dormer projecting window to rear roof for playroom/ storage use, also 2 no. velux windows to front roof and all associated site works.
