Construction of a 1.5 storey extension to the rear

For planning permission for amendments to previously approved planning application (Reg Ref: F22A/0572) to include 1) The inclusion of a dormer roof structure on the western roof plane with a window at high level to prevent overlooking to the west, and 2) To raise the height of 4 no. roof windows on the proposed rear extension to prevent any possibility of overlooking to the east and west, all at 7 Del Val Avenue, Dublin 13.

The development will consist of widening the existing vehicular entrance to a width of 3.6m, new pillars, gates, and widening of the dropped kerb to pavement. Permission to allow for associated site works, landscaping and services.

Permission sought by Stephen Moyna and Creina Slator for alterations to existing roof including extension of pitched roof to north, proposed dormer window to rear, rooflight to front and rear, demolish chimney, minor alterations to north and east elevations, and associated site works.

Permission for alterations to previously approved planning permission ref: F20B/0027. The alterations include, the omission of new roof structure over existing garage, redesign of rear dormer and relocation of rooflight to existing roof on North elevation.
