The development consists of the retention of the existing attic conversion / store room with 2 number Velux roof lights to the rear elevation. The existing attic conversion measure 18sq.m and is to be used as a store room.

The development is to put in a velux roof window at front of house to allow splitting of already converted attic into two rooms and all assoicated site works.

Planning permission for dormer to rear roof of existing attic conversion with roof windows to front. Gable window to side all with associated ancillary works.

Planning Permission to include: (i) new attic staircase access; (ii) new 3 m wide dormer window facing rear at attic level; (iii) new rooflights to the rear and front; (iv) new window to side elevation, internal modifications, SUDS drainage and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development
