Planning precedent report

The development consists of the alteration of the existing hipped roof profile to a gable wall to meet the existing ridge line and conversion of existing attic space with 2 no. roof windows to the front and 2 no. new windows on the gable wall at attic level and for a dormer extension to the rear and to move the existing front door out under existing canopy & for a new window to side of the existing canopy and for all associated site works.

For first floor extension over existing ground floor extension to rear

Development will consist of a proposed 3 no. new gable walls plus to the side of the existing house, main house wall plus to side extension walls. A new window in the side elevation wall. A proposed new dormer roof to the rear and front of the existing house roof and 1 no. new Velux window to the front of the existing side extension's roof and all ancillary works.

Permission for conversion of attic area to home office/study area with alterations to hipped roof and gable wall to form a full height gable with new window to side and velux rooflights to front elevation.
