Planning permission is sought to build new first floor extension to rear/side and to extend existing main roof profile over at rear. To include 1nr. window at first floor level to side & 1nr. window at attic level to side & associated site works.

The development will consist of a new single storey ground floor porch

Permission for; 1) The demolition of an existing rear extension, chimney and shed. 2) Construction of a new single storey flat roof extension with solar panels to the rear of the existing dwelling. 3) New dormer roof structure to the rear of the existing dwelling at attic level. 4) New roof window to the front elevation at attic level. 5) New chimney flue to gable wall plus all associated site works. Retention Planning Permission for the increased size of the existing balcony area at first floor level to the rear of the existing 2 storey dwelling from 3.5 sq.m to 15.8 sq.m including new handrails to entire.
