For retention permission to demolish existing sunroom to side, widening existing vehicular entrance and planning permission to widened side gate to rear garden and construct a new 2 storey detached house to side with new vehicular entrance along with ancillary works. Planning permission is sought for the construction of a new two-storey detached dwelling to the side of the existing house, along with all associated site works
