Retention permission to retain amendments to the development boundary of palisade fenced compound permitted under Plan File Ref No. F20A/0118 (reduced from permitted 11m x 8.2m to installed 8.6m x 9.7m compound) AND, Permission to install a 6m extension to the existing 24 metre high multi-user lattice tower telecommunications structure (making a total height of 30m), carrying antenna and dishes together with associated ground equipment and associated site works.

Construct a 24 metre high multi-user lattice tower telecommunications structure carrying antenna and dishes enclosed within a 2.4 metre high palisade fence compound, together with associated ground equipment and associated site works.

The removal of an exisitng 13 metres telecommunications support structure together with telecommunications equipment on it and replacement with a new 24m multi-user free standing support structure carrying telecommunications equipment including antennas, RRUs and dishes, together with associated exchange cabinets, fencing and all associated site development works. The development will provide for wireless data and broadband services.

Construction of new two storey extension (180m² new floor area in total) comprising of new living space on ground floor and bedroom accommodation on first floor, all to the side and rear of existing dwelling, with internal alterations and new porch to existing dwelling. The application includes the retention of an existing site entrance with new piers, wing walls & gates. And the widening of other existing site entrance with new piers, wing walls and gates. The application includes an onsite wastewater treatment system and new surface water soakaway. And all associated site works.
