The development will consist of a

Planning permission for 1. Construction of a 1.5 storey garage and storage space. 2. The construction of a dormer window to the front and rear of the existing dwelling at first floor level. 3.The construction of a single storey BBQ/kitchen area with storage to the rear garden with all associated site works.

Intend to apply for Planning Permission

The development will conist of (a) alterations to the front elevation, (b) demolition of existing chimney stack and existing single storey rear extension (c) construction of new single storey side entrance (d) construction of new two storey rear extension and associated ancillary works including new soak away.

This development will consist of (a) East (rear) dormer style extension, (b) Raise existing roof by 1.75 metres & (c) 2 new roof windows to the west (Front) elevation, all to existing dormer dwelling using foul sewer connection, using existing vehicular entrance & all associated site works.

Planning permission for revision to previously permitted development Reg. Ref. F16A/0152 and Reg. Ref. F16A/0152/E1A. The proposed amendments are for alterations to permitted House Type C. (15 no. units). The alterations consist of change from two to three bedroom units, amendments to the floor plans resulting in an increase in floor area, associated revisions to the elevations and all associated site developments works.
