Planning permission for the proposed alterations to existing 2 storey dwelling. The proposed alterations include for the demolition of existing 2 storey extension to the rear of the dwelling & the proposed erection of a new 2 storey extension to the rear to replace same. Planning permission is also sought for alterations to the existing 2 storey dwelling to include the removal of 2 number existing chimneys, replacement of existing windows & doors to the dwelling, removal of 1 number first floor rear window to be replaced with new window in new location. Planning permission is also sought for the provision of a single storey detached building to the rear garden to provide for a private Gym, store & hobby room, together with all associated site works, landscaping, boundary treatments, car parking, drainage and water connections.
