The proposed development will consist of: i) Maintenance and repair of the existing rock armour revetment (c. 490 metres in length) north of Hole 15, ii) Provision of a temporary access approximately 20 metres in length to facilitate transport of materials to the repair works area, within a planning application area of c. 0.2 hectares. The proposed works will take place over 5 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday only) within a time window from mid-September to end October each year, for up to 5 years. The works will necessitate the transport of machinery and materials along a section of Portmarnock Beach on a daily basis for the duration of the works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted with the application.

Ref. F23A/0215), within a planning application area of c. 0.34 hectares. The proposed works will take place over 5 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday only) within a time window from mid-September to end October each year, for up to 5 years. The works will necessitate the transport of machinery and materials along a section of Portmarnock Beach on a daily basis for the duration of the works.

The development will consist of: i) Repairs to localised areas of the existing rock armour revetment adjacent to Hole 15, ii) Provision of a temporary access approximately 20 metres in length to facilitate transport of materials to the repair works area; within a planning application area of 0.07 hectares. The estimated duration of the repair works will be three weeks. The works will necessitate periodic transport of machinery and materials along a section of Portmarnock Beach on a daily basis for the duration of the works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted with the application.
