Works to include: demolition of the existing cottage, garden sheds and glasshouse to allow for access road and construction of replacement dwelling to the rear of site, single storey to the front, 2 storey to the rear, with pitched roof with solar panels, terraces to the rear serving upper and lower storey, 1 no. skylight over lower floor, and all associated site works and landscaping works. Planning permission is sought for a development that will consist of (a) removal of the existing pitched roof, (b) extension of the first floor level with new storey-and-a-half style pitched roof with (c) dormer windows front and rear, (d) removal of an existing single storey element to the front, (e) single storey extension to the rear, (f) new porch canopy to front and all associated site works.

F18A/0753 & ABP 305068-19) consisting of (1) minor increase to the footprint and associated floor area (32 sq.m.) and a slight reorientating of house no. 2 (2) Lowering of the ground level of house no. 2 (3) Revised internal layout to house no. 2. Permission is also sought for completion of the development, including amendments to the elevations and materials of the house to facilitate the revised internal layout and all associated site and infrastrural works necessary to facilitate the development.

Retention permission is sought for amendments to the previously permitted development of 2 no. detached single storey residential dwellings (granted under Reg. Ref. F18A/0753 & ABP 305068-19) consisting of (1) increased footprint and associated floor area (28 sq.m.) of house No. 1. (2) Lowering of the ground level of house no.1. (3) Revised internal layout to house No. 1, which will comprise of a 3- bedroom detatched dwelling, in lieu of a 4-bedroom detatched dwelling as previously permitted. Permission is also sought for completion of the development including amendments to the elevations and materials of the house to facilitate the revised internal layouts and all assoicated site and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the development.
